friend dies in a car wreck staurday morning

girl who's band ( The Rabies ) has played at the club before and who was scheduled to play again next month died this week at age 19. Her funeral was yesterday.

try to sleep this morning only to have a reoccuring dream of having sex with one of the club regulars only to be replaced at the point of climax with the girl who's funeral was yesterday.

This afternoon while I am babysitting her kids, I get a call from my ex's sister stating that my ex had been in a car accident, her van flipping at an intersection and is now on the way to the hospital. ...

As soon as the boys are tucked in bed and her sister comes over to watch the kids I think I am going to curl up in the corner and start babbling.

But this is just more incentive for me to believe that the second half of this year is for healing. The first half has been horrible... January was probably the worst month of my life... I'll probably never have a worse one. I lost my mom, a friend, my sister's fiancee, a family friend. It was just... horrible.

But it's time for the year to switch tracks and help us heal... summer is a great time for it, making everything fresh and new, every day.

I'm the Holly King type though. Thinks are good for me in fall winter usually and suck from spring through summer ... it's just STARTING for me.

Well, I'm the same way. But fate (or whatever's out there) hopefully won't be too terrible to you and your loved ones.

Either way, I do believe it's a time for extreme pain and then major healing. There seems to be an awful lot of it going around.
