A sudden realization.
I don't make a shiteload of money. Far from it. But one thing that living FAR below the poverty line for almost a decade has done. It makes me a bit more thrifty.
Even with the bills, putting money into an IRA and still being able to indulge slightly in toys and such ...
I'm still ending up with more in between paychecks than I used to make in a month.
My goal by end of year is to have four figures in the bank account even after bills are paid.
That is an accomplishment when you think that my total declared income last year was barely in the four figures.
*chuckles* SO yeah, maybe I'll actually have some money to leave behind when my blood pressure causes my head to explode.
