That is sweet! I'm assuming you made it yourself. Where did you get that mask? Is it custom? I never saw one that looked like Cthulhu. That reminded me of this:
But you have to admit...its design is so simple, that we wish we thought of it before that guy did!
Maybe you can modify one of those Knight's Kingdom guys (the larger ones, obviously) with the squid...Vladek might be a good candidate for the modification.
I really don't like the Knight's Kingdom large figures. There's really not much modification one can do with them. The XENOZ line of action figures are more customizable than the Knight's Kingdom figures.
That and I was dissappointed there is no symetry in the colours ( ie there's two right legs. The inner knee colour on the right leg is the same as the outer knee of the left. ) that and they cheaped out with the shields. They're cardstock. Hence I only picked up the purple guy. I attached the lego brick magnets to his arms and legs and he is now the biggest magnet on the fridge.
Yeah, I noticed that as well. Does that have anything to do with the card game it apparantly comes with?
My boys have one Knight's Kingdom large figure each (blame my mother-in-law) but I haven't gotten around to messing with them, as my older son has already taken it apart and used the pieces to do other things like build a spaceship (Vladek's torso makes for a nice-looking space ship, I must admit! The blue guy's torso, not so much.)

Sadly, this is one I didn't think of myself. The "mask" is the octopus from the Alpha Team underwater set.

I love the minifig Knight's Kingdom lego though.
