Some jackass, still wet behind the ears, emailed me and stated in less than polite terms that I am nonpatriotic and should be ashamed that I talk ill about Shrubby McFuckstick and his puppetmasters and he wanted to know where I get off doing so.

This little ass was in primary school during the Gulf War and only remembers the jingoist propaganda afterwards.

That is one of the few things that can cause me to lose my cool. Some sniveling little young republican who's never worn a uniform, except maybe at JROTC before it became "too intence", having the gall to call me unpatriotic ... It just amazes me that some little fuck who's voice didn't even think about cracked until LONG after I left the service ... GAHHH

Over fifteen years ago, I swore an oath. That oath was to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Though circumstances beyond my control forced me to take off the uniform years before I had planned; that oath is still burned in my heart.

THAT is why I oppose the current administration. THAT is why I am doing everything in my power to make sure they are voted out this November.

You neocons who want to call me unpatriotic can come talk to me when you have more nuthair than I have service stripes.

I oppose the war simply because we were lied about what it was for REPEATEDLY.

I NEVER stopped supporting the troups. (- as is evidenced by the carepackages I sent out when I truly couldn't afford them -)

The reconstruction is going as I predicted it would. This pisses me off to no end. I wish this administration would prove me wrong just once.

I'm not voting FOR Kerry. I'm voting against an administration that I truly feel will become a dictatorship if the fuckstick is re(un)elected.

War evidence: I remember standing in a room in Ft. Bragg before going over, watching the whoel WMD crap with another Intell person...and both of us going "What a stupid PR tactic. This is gonna come back and bite them in the ass."
Just the first of many times we were right but no one listened to us.

Reconstruction: Never thought about it enough to try to predict it. Didn't care, to be honest.....my reasons for going weren't connected to it in the least, so had no interest.
What *does* hold my interest is the fact that I didn't meet a single civilian over there that didn't work for H.B.&R. in some way.....

Which leads to Pres. Vote point: I'm still debating it all, but if I vote for Kerry, it won't really be a "I'm actually voting against bush" thing. Like I said, W. is just a sock-puppet. I kinda new that the first go around, but figured he'd be a puppet for his father, which I had no problem with. But he's been a puppet for Daddy's profit-hungry friends, which I don't like. SO, it's not vot for Kerry or against Bush. It's a matter of voting against CHENEY.

I think people seem to forget that just because you don't agree with the war, you can still support our troops.

Personally, I would feel FAR more comfortable voting for Bush if he'd get a different VP. Im not too swift on Kerry and I also think he should have selected a different VP candidate. The VP's this year just plain SUCK!
