razorjakI'm not a selfless person. I look out for number one first and foremost. 99% of my coworkers are DECIDELY NOT the type of people I would associate with outside of work.
So why the fuck did I not even think twice before volunteering to take a reduction in hours?
I mean ... I understand the logic behind why i did it. After all, I'm single. I have no dependents. I don't have a house or car payment. And I still keep my budget as if I was still making the same wages as when I was working security. So of all the others on my shift, I'd be the one who would actually be hurt the least by taking less hours.
So logically it makes sense to have volunteered.
But why did I?
