Comcast fucks up in New jersey and airs porn instead of Disney.
Oh ... My ... Stars and Garters!
As much as the litigious nature of this country sickens me, I do so hope every family affected sues the last nickel from Comcast. Not because I think that accidental porn is going to do a kid irreparable emotional damage. I just HATE Comcast with a fiery passion. They could discover a major spectrum cancer vaccine and I would STILL despise them.

Hell, I found some naked pictures in books when I was five or six, and knew where my Dad kept his Playboys, and look how I turned out.
Oh. Nevermind.

Issues like this are usually the result of human error (or employee malice) on an isolated level. I think it's pretty unfair, especially in a litigous society, for people to hurl around lawsuits over things that they themselves have probably done a dozen times over in their lives that resulted in a lot of problems for people.
The appropriate response from Comcast is direct apologies and compensation (which I doubt will come, and then one could talk lawsuit). They are supposed to prevent that sort of thing from happening and when it doesn't, they need to take full and appropriate responsibility.

(Although a couple of Mickey/Minnie/Goofy jokes popped back into my head when I read the article)
*I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way*
