One of the closest things to a "venture capitalist" this area has actually approached me at work this morning.
He'd been doing some research and believes that a shop akin to Hot Topic would do decent in the area due to the amount of kids who get their folks to travel the 70 miles+ to the closest one.
He then asked if I'd be interested in managing it.

The goth in me wants to jump at the offer.
The bouncer in me is screaming at the goth to shut up because he'd have to deal with the lil shits all day.
