Why is it so hard for people to understand that the club may actually have been open HOURS before they get there?
And it's always the same fucking people. Every damned time. They think the place opens when they get there and don't understand that we've been there 8 fucking hours as opposed to their three or four (at most) and we want to get the fuck out and go home.
Yeah, I may love you to death. You may be my best friend in this city. But when you REPEATEDLY keep me from going home when I want to, you're a fucking asshole. Plain and simple.
You want to keep having a conversation with your friends after the club closes? Fine, by all means do so. But do so at Denny's or Pano's or the Towne or one of the places that the staff is paid per hour and not per shift.
