You know it's a bad sign when a fatal stabbing and fire fight that results in three casualties doesn't make the local paper.

The funny thing is how quick stories start getting passed around.

* Bullets did not whiz by your ear, drama-boy. You were standing a few feet from me and the shootings occurred around the corner on Huron in between Franklin and Deleware.

* It wasn't a fucking M-16 you stupid little git. Trust me on this, if you ever heard an M-16 fired you'd know the difference. It was 9mm weapons fire.

* You did not see a man's head explode. The gunshot wounds were limb shots as far as I could see from watching the ambulances.

Didn't get home till well after 6am because Franklin was taped off on both sides and Huron was blocked as well. So even though our club wasn't involved, our private lot was blocked in. Blaaahhh ...

I want cake. :-(
