Oh before I sign off,

Seems a pair of jackasses made a failed attempt to torch the Groove Room yesterday. This is the club that shares a wall with the club I work on wednesday nights. (- owned by the same guys too -)

A word of advice fo would-be arsonists.

If you're trying to use the wick-effect to start a fire, don't try pouring uphill.
(- The asstards tried pouring gasoline under the door. The door is on a slight incline. -)

The place to start a fire is NOT the six-hour fire door.

Do not attempt arson when you have a street full of witnesses.

... Yeah, they breed them smart here in Buffalo, eh? The most damage was some scorching on the door and the reek of gasoline in the newly built weather awning.

I hope they didn't injure themselves too bad. And with the cost of gasoline, they'll have to save up at least two or three of those McDonalds paychecks before they can do try it again.
