The apartment is engulfed in the aroma of slowly braising roast. One of the nice things about cold weather is I can do my "seven hour pot roast" again without sweating to death preparing it.

Mmmmm .... 5 more hours and we'll have roast that can be cut with a fork and sauce that just strokes the tastebuds like illicit lovers.

Sev, Jeff & I indulged in a feast of a swiss-styled braised slab o' beef! It cooked for 4 hrs & made the house smell heavenly!
