"When a horror from the deep hunts on land there is no place to hide."

What the FUCK? SciFi / Hollyweird is really dregging the bottom of the canal for this offal.

Okay, for those of you playing at home. A snakehead is a small fish (largest can get about 3 feet long) from China which has been discovered in some ponds in Maryland and other places in New England. They are a top shelf predator which can cause a lot of damage because they can crawl on modified fins from water source to water source and are able to survive out of water for days as long as they stay wet.

What about Curse of the Komodo?

I like the fact that the channel keeps challenging itself to find new and increasingly less threatening creatures to throw at unwitting towns and individuals. I figure a remake of "The Killer Shrews" is on the horizon.

Yeah but see, at least there's documented cases of komodo dragons actually killing and eating people.

And shush! You mention remake (especially if the movie was so horrible that it's public domain now) and SOMEONE will find a way to do it. THe Killer Shrews at least had camp value because it was just dogs in bag wigs. In a remake they'd CGI them and it'd be just utterly horrible and not even MSTiable.

Think "Food of the Gods II" ...

Could be worse, they could remake "Ssssss"... :)

But Sssss! was just a 70s remake of "The Alligator People" using snakes instead of alligators. And also so bad a film that not even IMDB has a listing for it.

It seems my B-movie Kung Fu is greater than yours. :-)

Ok, I got one then, "Frogs!" where millions of the nasty, evil, ok toothless denizens of the bayou attack an isolated plantation?
