Saturday night

Had a brief talk with gutterpunk about how he will no longer be in my good graces if I ever see him lose it at the club like he did Friday night. ESPECIALLY over the circumstances. Sure I enjoy using him to play "toss-the-punk" with Jesse. But there's only so much one can allow before a mascot becomes more of a burden than he's worth.

Veil had their 4th CD release party and did a decent job of packing the house. I don't think DT appreciated my asking him, "Dave, how come the acts you book here don't fill up the club like this?" :-)

The weirdness level of the club jumped the scale near the end of the night though ...

A not-very-attractive woman came up to me and actually SNIFFED my forearm as I was standing at the corner of the bar. And when I say sniffed, I mean like one would do to a rose or an orchid. She then smiled and said she liked my body odor.

Ummmm...sniffed your forearm?? I thought I had heard it all...apparently not.

So yeah...you need to relocate to Columbus!! ;) Tatyana and Cossack are on an evil crusade to make us all move there I tells you. :)

yanno... eye wasnt thar but Jen spilled the drama run down of gutterpunk that night. Deb was upset to hear of this, he might be moving in with her but not if he behaves like that. I've herd only partials and i dont know the full story, just that he ran to her house afterwards looking for a place to crash - and he was pretty upset

the new club mascot. He's done the couchsurf with at least 4 people so far and is flipflopping between Flea and the two jarheads who been coming around lately as to who his current Idol is.
