My innards just insist on being more trouble than they are worth.

Seems poultry has started to aggrivate the IBS.

So, for the time being I am restricting my meaty goodness protein sources to fish.

I love steaming, poaching and grilling fish.

For steaming, use a thick cut of a meaty fish so it doesn't fall apart as it steams. Poaching fish in broth with herbs gives you a lovely savoury end result. Grilling is always yummy, especially for salmon and tuna. A sushi-grade tuna steak that has been quickly seared over very high heat and still raw in the middle is a thing of beauty.
