I am still employed. Always a good thing.
I successfully made mincemeat pie for the first time(*). (- victorian era recipe but I substituted venison for the beef -)
So my dinner tonight is mincemeat pie with cheddar.
And rum of course.
(*) Baking and candymaking are the only schools of cooking I have issues with. I don't always get decent results.
