Hmmm, well I WAS going to give City of Heroes a try sometime in the near future. But with all the legal battles they've had, and how they've taken to preemptively suspending players accounts if they are too close to either a Marvel or DC character ... I think I'll give it a miss.

I wonder if Marvel will start suing me if I start playing a fantasy character who's a tall northern barbarian with an unruly mane of black hair framing oddly bleu eyes.
