Hey now....I was in my early twenties during the Gulf War. I can't say I remember it too well because I was young and didn't want to deal with it at the time. But my best friend (in 92) when I was 24 was a boy who served there....and was messed up from it. He would never talk about what happened...he only showed me photos of his buddies. He became very ill....kept going to VA hospitals and they would say they could find nothing wrong. He's since been told it's GWS..even though some try to say it doesn't exist...I believe it does. I saw him get sicker year by year after he came back.
