I'm trying to remember the name of a series from the early 90s. It involved a widowed (I think) nobleman and his children. The daughter wanted to learn how to be a knight. One of the sons was studying to be a priest (I think) and only line I REALLY remember since I only saw an episode or two of it is:

How many times must I tell you? NOT IN THE CASTLE!

That's what I thought it was called. But whenever I did a google search on it I got results from some sappy british soap opera.
