Buffalo isn't a city? The willful idiocy of people never cease to amaze me. Next you're going to say we can't call cooked steak tartar HAMBURGs because their's no ham in them.

Besides, the jury is still out if Anchor Bar actually had them before one of two other bars had them here. They just managed to market them better before the other two did.
