Trillian annoyances

razorjakIs there another type of program that bundles the various instant messaging services out there?
I am most likely going to be dropping trillian as it seems to be unable to actually BLOCK assholes I have placed on my blocked list. Specifically, one ICQ account that has repeatedly requested authorization OVER and OVER and OVER even after I've placed that number in my blocked/ignore list.
