Heh, not neccesarilly. ICE can be converted to use a hemp oil product as it's fuel source. Actually, almost anything petroleum based can be manufactured using hemp oil.
Why do you think I prefer my motorcycles over other vehicles? I can get at least 45-50mpg on the Shadow.
