I understand that hollywood and all it's fifth rate hacks have run out of ideas. But could they at least admit it?
It'd be nice if I saw at least one blurb mentioning that ABC's new *cough* "original"(*) series LIFE ON MARS was previously a BBC hit years ago.
You'd think that they'd at least mention that on the series page over at abc.com. but nope, nada, nothing.
I'll watch the premiere tonight. But I have a feeling that not even Harvey Keitel can do this right. But I've been known to be wrong before. (- ie the last time I lambasted ABC and Stephen King with his remake of The Kingdom. It proved to actually be decent. -)
(*) I shit you not. I've yet to see a commercial for LIFE ON MARS that does not use the term ABC Original. How can something be labeled an original if it's a retread? Only in America.
