Sad thing is ... this is all too true. From what I understand; the Blake novels started selling a lot better across the board after they stopped being good and became little more than porn clothed with a thin veneer of a storyline.

Though I still think BLUE MOON is the worst in the series by far. And that includes the Ricean style fuckbooks the series has been since book ten. Seriously, I still hold by my initial opinion of BM. She HAD to have written that as a "mortgage payment".
