Searching for an unusual harpist

Back around early 99, a most unusual harpist came to Buffalo. I saw her on one of the morning Buffalo shows and instantly fell in love with her music.

Sadly, I never caught the name of the woman.

She was a tiny woman with multicoloured hairbraids/wraps and was using a celtic (handheld for those not familiar) harp for her permorance on the show.

Anyone know who she might be?

EDIT - Some have mentioned Joanna Newsom before. I don't think that's the one as she would have been 16-17 back then.

Oh yeah, anyone able to tell me the names of everyone on the braintrust group who came up with the idea to lengthen daylight savings time? Also, anyone know the name of the zookeeper who spoonfed it to the Smirking Chimp in a way that he could wrap his 150cc brain around the idea?

I so need to punch all those people in the junk whilst wearing a sapglove.
