Okay, NewEgg.com may be a lil cheaper than TigerDirect.com but TigerDirect makes up for it with service and speed.

I ordered my case and powersupply from Tiger Direct on tuesday. I ordered the motherboard and cpu from NewEgg the same day.

I received the shipment from Tiger this afternoon. NewEgg fucked around and didn't even PROCESS my order until today.

Guess who I'm doing more business with in the future?

Tigerdirect got into a bit of trouble recently with their rebates.

I have purchased things from them in the past without problems, but I did get burned on over half the rebates.

I never price things by their "rebate". Whatever I end up spending up front is what price I go by.

I've never had a problem with NE...got everything 3-5 days after I ordered it.

Had a couple problems that required RMA's but both were "restock/used/clearance/refurbished" crap I shouldn't have taken the chance on in the first place.

I never have the processed-next-day problem, but I always end up doing my ordering in the evenings so maybe everyone's gets done the next day and I just never noticed.

Next day I would have understood.

But, not being processed until today and then stating 3 business days from processing so you'll get it monday or tuesday. That annoys me.

Especially when I ordered from them first. Hours before I placed the order with TigerDirect.

Yeah, I figured as much when you recommended them. I just checked the tracking of the shipment. It just got to Wyoming, MI a few minutes ago. So that means I won't get it until monday or tuesday. Since it's UPS they shipped it with.

Suckass. I wanted to WORK on this during my days off.
