I know it's a fairly simple recipe. BUT, I am extremely pleased with myself that I finally managed to make truly lovely black tea eggs today.

I had the recipe right ages ago. But I could never get the marbling down right.

Next project? Century eggs :-)
(- No one, will want to be in my garage for the next few weeks.
