I only caught the last four minutes of it. Carl ( the neighbor ) finds out his house is built on an elven graveyard or something and alll water on the property turns to blood. A space robot with hedgeclippers for hands comes down and tells him that the blood will continue to flow until carl lets himself be buggered by the great red space ape.
so, of course, he sells the house for a million dollars to Danzig. The episode ends with the robot hiding with the Hunger Force because Danzig scares him.
