Okay, these so-called "LJ protectors" have started all the chicken littles running around. Not merely due to what they are pulling, but also because Livejournal has taken to deleting the accounts of people that the group is supposedly "outing". Whether they have anything against TOS in their journal or not.

So, time to start digging people. Self-righteous fucktards like this don't go on their crusades unless they are trying to hide so serious skeletons in their own dank closets. These secrets need to be brought up into the light of day.

I and some others did some research on the spyware issue.
It was nothing.
We scoured our computers, ran all anti spy/malware programs we had to double check, and then each surfed WFI's site for 30 minutes.
After we found only 3rd party ad cookies. No spyware/malware at all. I'm guessing this rumor was simply hysteria.

Did the same and came up with the same results. Going to code dig in the morning just to double check.
