A call for recipes ...

My innards just insist on being more trouble than they are worth.

Seems poultry has started to aggrivate the IBS.

So, for the time being I am restricting my meaty goodness protein sources to fish.

Send me your favorite (non-fried) fish recipes.

I've been reading good things about psyllium for all things digestion related - it's recommended for people with Crohn's because it reduces intestinal inflammation. It might be worth a try.

Seconded. My dietitian has me eating Bran Buds and oatmeal every day and it has definately helped. My IBS isn't cured, but I'm not experiencing the extreme symptoms that I used to. I've also found that taking papaya enzymes (chewable tablets) with meals containing meat really helps.
