(no subject)

WBNY hosted their (hopefully first of many) end of semester party tonight. I felt it went over great. The only people complaining were the few regulars who honestly aren't happy unless they're miserable.

Thank you college kids for coming out, drinking a lot and dancing. When you get back from the Holidays, bring your friends and become regulars. That's how a club stays open.

For those very few individuals who bitched about certains aspects of the night. Let me repeat what I told you in person.

Fuck off! There's more people in the club tonight we've averaged all month combined! You think I care about alienating a half dozen people who nurse two or three drinks all night when we can have this many DRINKING customers? Want me to explain bar economics to you?

I only had to turn away a handful of idiots who didn't have IDs and honestly looked like they were in jr high instead of college. Word of advice. If you've a babyface, bring your damned IDs.

It was nice hearing good music all night and having the place busy. I hope it becomes habitual again.

How about installing some taps if profits rise enough?

Heh, I'm mostly just aiming for profits rising enough that we can friggin afford to actually BUY alcohol on a regular basis.
