So you're saying that the rule of law doesn't apply if you're a Kerry supporter and dislike the current hawkish doctrine advocated by the Bush administration?

Jeeze, I'm watching a report right now where Kerry is still defending his point that the President is at fault for the missing HE outside of Bagdad....Good to know Kerry will think that anything that a Col does wrong (including not getting there sooner) will ultimately rest on the shoulders of the president. So, when some butter bar screws up at a check point does that mean Kerry's going to stand up and say he's sorry? Or is he going to screw the military over again for his own benefit.
