There's a small public park across the street from my apartment building. I can see all of it. There are some gutter kids riding ther bikes up onto the bike racks and even one of the sculptures trying to outdo the other in "style"

Is it wrong to want to see them wipe hard?

no. it is healthy and normal. thinking "oh, isn't it nice to see young people enjoying themselves outside, god bless them all" would be wrong.

No, sadly they didn't. I watched for about a half hour waiting for one of them to plant their face into the pavement. No such luck.
